What works best for treatment-resistant depression?

New analysis lands on ECT, TMS, glutamatergics (ketamine, minocycline, cycloserine), and aripiprazole:

Saelens, J., Gramser, A., Watzal, V., Zarate, C. A., Jr, Lanzenberger, R., & Kraus, C. (2024). Relative effectiveness of antidepressant treatments in treatment-resistant depression: A systematic review and network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials. Neuropsychopharmacology: Official Publication of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology, 10.1038/s41386-024-02044-5. Advance online publication. https://doi.org/10.1038/s41386-024-02044-5

There are many ways to parse the data, but most of these are backed by other analyses except perhaps minocycline.

Thank you

Dr. Rob
